Home watch means someone local checks your house on a regular schedule while you're away. We walk the inside and outside, look for leaks, heat problems, pests, storm damage and signs of entry, and send you a photo report after every visit.

We don't do repair work ourselves. We know the local trades in each town and can meet them at your house, let them in and lock up after, so you don't have to drive up.

We bill monthly or annually by credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer or check. Annual plans save 15%.

Q: How do you get into my home?

During your free walkthrough we agree on access: a key we store securely, a lockbox or a door code. We log every visit with a time stamp in your report.

Q: What happens if you find a problem?

We call or text you right away with photos, then follow the plan you set up with us. That might be calling your plumber, shutting off water, or meeting a contractor on site.

Q: Can I change plans or pause service?

Yes. You can move between Gold, Platinum and Diamond any month. Plans run month to month or annually, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Q: Which areas do you cover?

We serve the whole Enchanted Circle: Taos, Arroyo Seco, Taos Ski Valley, Questa, Red River, Eagle Nest and Angel Fire. If your home is nearby but off the loop, ask us.
