Enchanted Home Watch

Home watch in Questa, NM

7,461 ft elevation, on the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway

What we watch for in Questa

Questa's quieter properties often sit far from neighbors, so problems can go unnoticed for weeks without a regular visit.

  • Break-ins and trespassing on remote parcels
  • Wind-driven damage to roofs and outbuildings
  • Frozen exterior spigots and irrigation lines
  • Wildlife getting into crawlspaces

Plans for Questa homes

Every plan includes a free walkthrough, a checklist written for your house and a photo report after every visit. Each tier adds to the one before it.
